This is the first episode of Meditate with Mitch – your daily meditation show for achievers, entrepreneurs – for anyone who wants a better life.
Meditation can teach you how to tune out distractions and get rid of all those thoughts racing through your head. It lets you focus on the task at hand. You’ll be more productive, more creative – more alive.
Meditation allows you to be fully present and “in the moment”. For me, meditation made it possible to be truly awake for the first time in my life!

All you need is a place to sit. You can sit on the floor or in a chair – whatever is comfortable.
- Sit up straight.
- Close your eyes.
- Breathe deeply and slowly.
- Focus on your breathing. Just your breathing.
- If your mind wanders, just relax and refocus your attention on your breathing.
