The inner game

Tennis, anyone?

When I was a kid, I loved playing tennis. Bjorn Borg was my hero.

One day, I heard about a book: The Inner Game of Tennis. It changed my life.

The book teaches  “non-judgmental observations”. If you miss a shot, don’t judge it as bad. Don’t judge it at all.

Judgment is a useless distraction that pulls you out of the game.

That’s how I began to learn to “get out of my own way”.

Judging everything – getting in your own way – can keep you from achieving your dream.

Stop thinking so much and just do.

Act now. Think later.

And no judging.

Let’s take five and meditate.
