How to meditate

Add this to your routine and change your life

You can learn how to meditate in just a couple of minutes.

It’s easy and the benefits can be life-changing. No incense required.

Step 1: Find a comfortable place to sit. You don’t have to sit on the floor in the lotus position (but you can if you want to). You can sit in a comfy chair with your feet on the floor.

Step 2: Sit up straight.

Step 3: Close your eyes.

Step 4: For the next five minutes, breathe slowly and deeply – in and out. Focus on your breathing, nothing else. If your mind wanders, don’t stress about it. Simply bring your attention back to your breathing.

That’s it!

It’s not a competition.

Don’t worry that you’re “doing it wrong”.

You can do this at home or in your office – just not while driving.

Once you get better at it, you can even meditate while going on a walk (keeping your eyes open, of course).
